FAQ — What You Need to Know
What exactly is The Rebuild?
The Rebuild is a 100-day mentorship program designed to help you quit porn, rebuild your confidence, and get back to who you really are. It’s not a quick fix or another online course — it’s a structured path with one-on-one support to keep you grounded and moving forward.
How does it work?
You’ll work directly with Jon Winful, the author of Chained to My Screen. The program is broken into four stages — Rewire, Refocus, Rebuild, Renewed — each with specific actions, reflections, and tools to help you break the cycle and stay on track.
Is this just for men struggling with porn?
Yes and no. Porn addiction is a focus, but it’s not the whole story. If you’re using porn to avoid what’s really going on — stress, loneliness, shame — The Rebuild will help you address the root causes, not just the symptoms.
Do I have to share my story with a group?
The Rebuild includes both one-on-one mentorship and group sessions. It’s up to you — if you feel ready to open up in a group, you can. If not, the one-on-one sessions provide a private space to work through it. No pressure, no expectations.
How much does The Rebuild cost?
The cost depends on the level of support you choose — whether that’s one-on-one mentorship, group sessions, or both. We’ll go over all the details during your free strategy session, so you know exactly what to expect before making any commitment.
What if I’m not sure this is for me?
That’s why we start with a free strategy session. It’s a chance to talk through where you’re at, what you need, and whether The Rebuild is the right next step for you. No pressure. Just a conversation.
What if I’ve tried to quit before and failed?
Most men who join The Rebuild have been through that cycle — trying to quit, slipping back, feeling stuck. That’s why we focus on structure, accountability, and digging into the deeper stuff that’s driving the behavior.
How much time does it take each day?
The Rebuild is designed to fit into your life, not take it over. Expect to spend about 30-45 minutes a day on the work — but the real change happens in how you show up outside those sessions.
What if I’m not religious?
The Rebuild isn’t about preaching or pushing any agenda. It’s about getting real with yourself, facing what you’ve been avoiding, and stepping up to rebuild the life you actually want.
